PLEASE READ THIS DISCLAIMER AND ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT.

All users of this Website agree to the following:

1. NOMADNESS CORPORATION shall not be held responsible for the accuracy of any listings posted on Mammoth Rental by Owner website. All persons, entities, businesses and organizations that post listings on Mammoth Rental by Owner website are responsible for the accuracy of the information posted for their properties.
2. Nothing in Mammoth Rental by Owner website shall be construed as a partnership or joint venture on any listing between NOMADNESS CORPORATION and persons, entities, businesses and organizations that post listings on Mammoth Rental by Owner Website.
3. NOMADNESS CORPORATION shall not be held responsible for any listing on Mammoth Rental by Owner website. NOMADNESS CORPORATION only provides Mammoth Rental by Owner website to enable listing entities to advertise their listings, and potential renters to find properties to rent.
4. NOMADNESS CORPORATION, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to discontinue any listing at any time, for conduct that NOMADNESS CORPORATION deems to be unacceptable, in violation of California law, indecent, unsafe, harmful or untrue.
5. All users of Mammoth Rental by Owner website, including renters, listing entities and advertisers, shall indemnify, hold harmless and defend NOMADNESS CORPORATION from any claims, actions, charges and lawsuits arising from the use of Mammoth Rental by Owner website.
6. All users, including renters, listing entities and advertisers, confirm that they are of legal age and have the legal authority to transact and engage in any and all   transactions that may result from the use of the Mammoth Rental by Owner website.
7. Renters are aware that each property sets its own Refund/Cancellation Policies. NOMADNESS CORPORATION and Mammoth Rental by Owner website recommends that renters ask for and receive a written notice of the Refund/Cancellation policy from the advertiser. NOMADNESS CORPORATION and the Mammoth Rental by Owner website are not responsible for the refund of rental fees for any reason.
8. Property Owners - If the operators of Mammoth Rental by Owner website are unable to provide the promised level of service for any reason, including, but not limited to service outages, war, acts of God or negligence, NOMADNESS CORPORATION can be held liable for any costs beyond the prorated costs paid by the client for the services which were not provided. NOMADNESS CORPORATION does not guarantee that the Mammoth Rental by Owner  website will be available 100% of the time. This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Los Angeles County, California, any and all disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of Los Angeles, County, California, disregarding conflicts of law, forum and venue
9. Property Owners - If the operators Mammoth Rental by Owner website are unable to provide the promised level of service for any reason,  neither NOMADNESS CORPORATION or Mammoth Rental by Owner website can be held liable for any costs beyond the prorated costs paid by the client for the services which were not provided. NOMADNESS CORPORATION does not guarantee that the Mammoth Rental by Owner web site will be available 100% of the time. This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Los Angeles, County, California, any and all disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of Los Angeles, County, California, disregarding conflicts of law, forum and venue.
10. Advertisiers are aware that NOMADNESS CORPORATION and Mammoth Rental by Owner website does not offer a Refund/Cancellation policy for any reason.
