This spacious and well-maintained condo at St Moritz Villas has everything for your year-round getaway to Mammoth Lakes. With three floors, this large 2 bedroom plus loft unit gives everyone space to spread out.  It's conveniently located in the center of town with a shuttle stop steps from the front door.
St Moritz Villas is a great location during all seasons. In winter, you are a mile from Eagle Lodge and the Village (1.2 miles) that can be easily reached using the convenient gray/purple line shuttles with a shuttle stop right in front of the complex (stop #46). For those heavy snow winter days, there is no need to drive as you can easily walk to the grocery store, restaurants and entertainment (all within a half mile). A very large recreation room provides entertainment for everyone with a pool table, air hockey, ping pong, TV and wireless internet.

The outdoor Jacuzzi spa and adjacent indoor sauna can be enjoyed year round. The complex's park like setting in summer will keep you from wanting to leave, with grassy areas perfect for kids, Adirondack chairs and picnic tables, communal BBQs, and a heated swimming pool.  You are neighbors to Sierra Star golf course and close to Mammoth Creek park. Additionally, there is endless hiking, biking and fishing to be enjoyed. This convenient and desirable condo has all the comforts of home with a well-stocked kitchen, DVD collection, two TVs, and towels and sheets are provided. Washer and dryer are located within the complex. There is wireless internet (wifi) in the unit. Two unassigned parking spots are available to guests. 

Main Living Room Area: The living room has a 40 inch TV with an open floor plan to the kitchen and dining area with a table that seats 8 people. There is a centrally located pellet fireplace (easy to use and fuel provided) to cozy up to while curled up on the couch and stay warm after a day of fun.

Loft Area: This large loft has a twin bed plus trundle bed with TV and oversized closet. There is also a game table so that everyone can spread out to watch TV or play games outside of the living room area - perfect for kids. Doors and windows close to give the loft area some privacy and quiet separation from the rest of the house. 

No smoking or pets.  A snow/mud room as you enter provides storage for skis, sleds, and other outdoor gear.

We had 7 people enjoying this accommodation including a 14-month old and we could have had 2 more. 2 bathrooms were nice. It was a warm comfy open kitchen/dining/living area, and the beds were comfortable. It was located in a great location near the heart of downtown Mammoth Lakes, and a short drive up to the downhill ski area and the XC ski area. We did both. The only thing is to check out early because the key code allowing us access to the unit expired at 9 AM, but the official checkout time was 10 AM. Not much snow though in December, although there was enough to downhill ski on the upper part of the mountain because they make snow. There was no snow at this place. Last year they had tons of snow; it varies. All in all a great place, and we would recommend these accommodations to others.
