NOTICE: Between now and mid-September, the complex is in the process of replacing the main water line. This may mean increased levels of noise and dust. Additionally, the managers may be entering the units for a few minutes at a time with some of the workers (who they have been working with for years and are trustworthy, insured, and licensed) to shut the water off and then on. Prior to entering, they will give us notice and we will contact you. If they knock on the door and do not receive an answer, they will let themselves in and out as quickly as possible.  

The Woodlands complex is conveniently located near town (walking distance to shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and the grocery store). There is a free shuttle stop right in front of the complex that will take you to the Village, ski slopes, town, and the lakes. 

The Woodlands is beautifully landscaped and includes a pool, Jacuzzi, and sauna. The unit is in a quiet location and is one of the few that backs up to the Sierra Star Golf Course. It has its own private entrance, two stories, 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. 

All bathrooms and kitchen have been completely remodeled!!! 
Every bedroom includes a smart 40' flat screen tv with access to Netflix, Amazon, Pandora, etc. (renter must have own account for certain services). 
New furniture throughout. 
Kitchen has all-new appliances. 

Cozy, efficient wood fireplace (with blower) in living room. A 55' smart TV with sound bar is located above the fireplace. The condo sleeps 12- 1 king in master BR, 1 queen in Br #2, 1 queen and full over full bunk bed in BR #3, and a queen sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress in the living room. It is within 200 yards of bike, walking, and cross- country ski trails.

We had an amazing time. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location was perfect, only a 5 min car ride from downtown. Everything was clean and beautiful. TV had multiple channels, with a lot of movies. The only thing was that Check in wasn't until 4pm, wish we could've checked in earlier to enjoy the day since it's winter and it was already dark by 4:30pm. Regardless, we had no issues, and we truly enjoyed our time there. Can't wait to book again!

Very much enjoyed our family get together in this warm and spacious townhme. Three bathrooms a real plus. Well appointed. I was told the complex was not pet friendly, but I noted several dogs with owners/guests.

Beautiful Condo!
Great condo - spacious and super clean! Plenty of towels and extra blankets. We made a fire in the fireplace every evening, watched movies on Netflix, and cooked in. I love that the kitchen was well stocked with basic necessities to cook (spices and oils, etc.) and the appliances were all nice. Some of the pots & pans were pretty grubby though, and should be replaced. Unfortunately, there is just one hottub in the complex and it was not very nice, always full of kids, and sorts a long walk from the unit. But this is really a great place, and is a perfect location in town.

The cabin is pretty spacious, it had all the necessities of life and close to all.

The place was exactly as it stated it was. It was very clean, everything in good working condition, well stocked on essentials, and organized. Communication with owners was quick and efficient as well. Would definitely stay here again.
