The open plan of the first floor has a room living room with a very comfy couch. Where you can relax while watching the 55” flat screen HDTV and blue-ray player. Or you could gaze into the flames while feeling the warmth of the thermostat controlled pellet stove, pellets are supplied. If needed, a wall heater in the dining room is another source of heat. Although the pellet stove is the best and most suitable source. The dining room comfortably seats 6, and 2 more may be seated at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare the perfect meal. The first floor also includes a full bathroom. All of the appliances and furnishings are less than five years old. There is high speed wireless internet, but be sure to bring your cell since there is no landline.
The second floor is where the two bedrooms are located. The first bedroom has a queen size bed and a 42” wall mounted flat screen HDTV. The second bedroom has one twin bunk bed and one euro bunk bed (twin on top, full on bottom) and a 32” flat screen HDTV for the kids. Both of the bedrooms have cedar cathedral ceilings and have their own private sink and vanity area, separate from the shared bathroom.
St. Moritz Villas provides a few community propane BBQ areas with picnic areas with tables conveniently located close to our home, as well as plenty of parking spaces. We have an outdoor Spa available all year, swimming pool during summer months only, sauna and coin operated laundry facilities. We also have one of the largest recreation rooms with wifi, pool tables, TV, ping pong, air hockey, foosball and arcade games.
St Moritz Villas is located on Meridian Blvd within a quarter mile of shops and restaurants. The free town shuttle is only a short walk away (about 100 yrds,) you can utilize the green line shuttle stop #46 or #42. They will transport you and your family to the slopes, shops or maybe the bowling alley and movie theatre!
