This large 3 bedroom (2 + Loft) unit has beautiful views of the Sherwin Mountains out of every window.  Unit was remodeled a few years ago with new calico pecan cabinets and granite counter tops in the kitchen and the Master bathroom. Wood floors in the living room/dining room and beautiful Quartzite tile floors in the kitchen and master bath.   The master bath floor is heated for your comfort.  The master bathroom has double sinks and a large walk-in shower with 2 shower heads. The master bedroom has a California King, bedroom #2 has a tall log custom bunk with a queen on the bottom and an XL twin on top and the loft has a tall log custom bunk with queen on bottom, XL Twin on top and XL Twin in a trundle drawer.  The second bathroom has a single sink and tub/shower combo and the bathroom in the loft also has a single sink and tub/shower combo.  Sleeps 6 comfortably and there are beds for 8 (maximum people for the unit).

The living room dining room area is large and very comfortable with a nice wood burning fireplace and a hearth to sit on to warm your back.  The table seats 6 and there is a long wooden bar that has 3 stools between the kitchen and the dining area. The large sofa and chair in the living room are a great place to sit and relax, read a book, watch the flat screen TV, or just admire the beauty of the mountains and trees outside.  Complimentary secure WiFi.  There is also a sunny south facing deck with 2 chairs which can be a relaxing place to enjoy the mountain air.

The Kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need to cook and serve any size meal.   There is a crock pot, waffle iron, drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, toaster and a blender.  Plenty of platters, plates, drinking glasses, wine glasses and silverware makes serving your meal a breeze. There is a Weber propane BBQ on the deck which uses the small green propane canisters. 

From parking garage to front door is all indoors so no snowy or icy walkways. There are 2  vehicles allowed in the parking garage with a maximum of a 7 foot clearance. There are no elevators so you do have several flights of stairs to the unit from the parking garage.  The condo is on the back side of the building so no stairwells connect to any walls so it is very quiet.

A ski locker at Canyon Lodge available for your use,  take off your boots put on your comfy shoes and walk or ride the Blue Line home(instructions are in the unit). Walking distance to Canyon Lodge (up hill) or The Village (down hill to shopping and restaurants). The Blue Line Shuttle (Winter) & the Trolley (Nights & Summer) stops just to the left at the end of the driveway and will take you to the Village or on up to Canyon Lodge.  The Mammoth Trail System is just across Lake Mary Road behind our building.  You can bike or walk down to town or up to the lakes.  Park your car in the underground parking and forget it for the rest of your trip.  No shoveling out of the snow or hot car when it is time to head home.  Perfect for skiing/snowboarding in the winter and hiking/biking in the summer!  The premises has 6 Jacuzzi's, 1 sauna and 1 swimming pool open in the summer with BBQ area! Washer & dryer in the unit!!! A WONDERFUL Vacation awaits you!

This is a lovely place and it was very clean. The staff was extremely helpful with answering any questions we had, and they made sure to make us feel at home. We were vey impressed with how well stocked everything was. We will definitely be back!

Who knew Autumn in Mammoth was so beautiful? September is warm and sunny and the trees and grass are changing color. This condo (#9) is in an excellent location, walking distance to shopping and restaurants, beautiful view of the mountains and pine trees. Extremely clean, roomy and cozy. The newly remodeled kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need to make great meals, many appliances. We loved that there were 3 bathrooms and the master bath had heated floors. You know it is a great place when you are already planning your next trip before your current vacation is over! (Review on TripAdvisor)

We recently stayed in unit 9 at Mountainback, what a lovely condo. The owners did a great job decorating and appointing it with all the comforts of home. They even went above and beyond, with a foot massager for après ski and heated tile floors. We will be back! (Review on TripAdvisor)

We went up and stayed at Mountainback Condos #9 for the Thanksgiving Holiday weekend and it was absolutely perfect! The condo is very large and slept not only our family of 4, but we also had a couple aunts and uncles stay with us too because there was extra room. The upstairs loft area has its own bathroom and was perfect for our daughters to have their own space and hang out area to play. The hall closet was completely stocked with great board games and we really just hung around the fire as a family and played games and watched the beautiful scenery. A great place to stay and the owners really take care of the condo so nothing is old or junky. Planning to make this a annual tradition for sure! (Review on TripAdvisor)
