We invite you to enjoy our home away from home. You will not be disappointed with this upgraded, contemporary condo. We are privately nestled in the corner of Forest Meadows Condominiums off Old Mammoth Road. This ground level unit provides lots of quiet privacy with a view of the beautiful pine trees and the bike/walking trail down to Mammoth Creek.
This is a two bedroom, one bath unit that sleeps 6 comfortably. The bed arrangements are 2 queen beds and 1 single bed. All of the mattresses are extremely comfortable and come with plush down comforters. There is also an inflatable full/queen size mattress for those last minute extra guests. The master bedroom has a 32" LED flat screen TV with DirecTV and a BluRayDVD player. There is a full size bathroom with separate vanity area.
The kitchen has been remodeled with new cabinets and is fully equipped with everything you need for dining in. Adjacent to the kitchen is our industrial reclaimed wood dining table that seats 6.
After a long day on the mountain, unwind on the large comfy sectional sofa and enjoy the 32" flat screen TV equipped with DirecTV DVR/HD channels plus a BluRay DVD player. The TV is also set up for your gaming equipment so bring your Nintendo or Xbox and plug in. Enjoy playing your music on the iPod dock. There are plenty of racks here too for hanging and drying your wet gear.
This unit is within 5 minute walking distance to the Red Line shuttle, Von's Supermarket and many great restaurants. There is complementary Wi-Fi Internet access in the condo. The Jacuzzi and dry sauna is a short 30-second walk from the condo. The snow accumulation on the hill just outside the front door makes for your own backyard sledding hill or snowman-making factory. There are 2 parking spaces that come with the condo.

About the Owners:
We have enjoyed coming to Mammoth for many years. It holds a special place in our hearts because this is the place where we fell in love and later got engaged. We live in San Clemente but spend many weekends in the mountains and knew we wanted to have our own place in Mammoth. We both share a passion for snowboarding and surfing and we have incorporated our style into the design element in the condo. My husband designs in the Surf/Snow industry and now has a new found love in building eclectic industrial wood furnishings, which we have decorated throughout the place. Our goal was to create a place where we feel at home and hope you feel the same!

Comments: Just stayed at your condo and wanted to let you know what a wonderful time my wife, son and I had. WE normally camp at Glass Creek for our yearly family trip, however for the price and the comforts your condo provided this year we will be booking your condo next year as well. Perfect weather and fun hikes, bike rides so close to Sherwin Creek we all had a blast.

I rented your condo in mammoth a few weeks ago. I just wanted to thank you for providing such a well-furnished kitchen and beautiful home. The mattress in the 2nd bedroom was the most comfortable I've ever slept on in a rental, and I rent about 3 times a year in Mammoth. I look forward to renting your home again. The pride of your ownership is clearly visible in your home.

We have just got back
into the UK as I had to go to a conference in Anaheim for a week after skiing. Just a quick email to
say thank you for letting us rent your lodge it was lovely and we had a great
stay there. Mammoth was a great resort and although the locals thought it was
busy at times it seemed very quiet to us - Chairs 12,13 and 14 out the back were
so quiet it was excellent. We all loved Scotty's and Dave's runs as
well. We will definitely be back at some time when we have saved some money -
maybe we will go on to Vegas for a couple of days next time as well.
