This spacious townhome has two covered parking spaces, a master suite with full bath and a guest suite with its own full bath.  It has the convenience of a stackable washer & dryer in the unit.  Upstairs you will find an open living area, with high beam ceilings, inviting fireplace, two queen sofa sleepers, additional bathroom with a shower, dining area, breakfast bar, and open kitchen with stainless steel appliances for preparing and enjoying those tasty meals.  Enjoy an extensive DVD/Blu-Ray and board game collection.  There is a Health Club / Recreation Room next door, in the same building with a ping-pong table, racquetball court, dry sauna and a rooftop Jacuzzi.  The common courtyard area is great for kids to play and build snowmen.  If you feel like going out, a stroll through the Village is a lot of fun!  You will find great dining places, wine bars, coffee shops, outside lounge areas with fire pits, games and activities for all ages and great shopping!  The Westin hotel is across the street with a great restaurant, bar and lounge as well.

Becca M. 12/2015 - This condo is in the perfect location for a fun stay at Mammoth! Walk a short walk to the village, take the gondola to canyon lodge and your on the slopes! That easy! You never have to drive anywhere again once you pull into the underground parking! The condo is warm and cozy, great decor, spacious kitchen and loads of fun games and DVDs! We will be back for sure!

Joe G 3/2015 - My family and I had a great time at this condo. We were traveling with 3 young children (ages 3+) and it was a very easy, short walk for them from the condo to the village and gondola. The condo itself is very nice and there are lots of nice touches to make the stay even more enjoyable. As others have said, the owner was very responsive and made the rental process extremely easy. We are looking forward to coming back next year!

Janet A. 2/2016 - We cannot express enough how much we enjoyed this place. It was actually closer to the village and the Gondola than I originally had thought. We walked down to the Gondola every morning to go boarding and the condo was just about caddy-corner to the village. (FYI there are also lift ticket counters right near the gondola to skip the lines at the slopes) We hung out in the village catching all you can eat sushi happy hour and playing cornhole. There were gorgeous fire pits in the village and even a starbucks if you don't feel like making coffee. All this was just steps from the condo. It's a little bit further to the mammoth brewery but still within walking distance. The condo is also steps from the bus stops which can take you into town or for us, we were so tired that we took the free bus home from the main lodge instead of skiing back to canyon lodge to take the Gondola down. Such easy access to the slopes and saved us sooo much time!!! The house was modern, clean and fully stocked with the necessities like towels, dishes etc. We even appreciated the mini shampoos and soaps which was a little thing but very thoughtful. We played racquetball almost every night and enjoyed the ping pong table. As mentioned by another reviewer, there were bathrooms in each bedroom which gave some privacy. There was also another restroom upstairs for when you don't feel like running all the way downstairs to go. The living room was so very cozy and the open floorplan was perfect for being able to cook, watch tv and converse with friends with ease. The fireplace gave it so much ambiance as well. The master bedroom was open and the bed was very comfy. The other bedroom sleeps 5 but it is a little tight for luggage space but definitely nothing to be preoccupied with. The entry way was great too with snowboard and ski racks to put our boards on to keep things organized. The washer and dryer was much appreciated especially after long days of snowboarding. As a side note, the night after it snowed the driveway was plowed for us and the deck near the condo doors was also plowed. Small thing but made our travels easier. The owner was very quick to respond, kept in touch throughout the process and was very gracious in accommodating us. My only wish is that we could have stayed even longer. This place was really ideal for us and our stay and we would recommend it in a heartbeat.

The condo is walking distance to the condola so we could easily hang around the village after skiing and get home quickly. It was clean and the beds were SUPER comfy. The host was super helpful and in touch and I don't have enough great things to stay. We will be back for sure! Thanks

Thomas J. 3/2016 - Our stay was awesome, what a great place. Fully equipped with everything we needed and a good location to Mammoth Center and town. Even the 5 year olds handled the short walk back after a full day of skiing. A full bath off each bedroom and one on the main floor was an unexpected bonus, I would recommend it to anyone!

Kids enjoyed the games, wife enjoyed the short walk to the gondola/village, Parents had their own, quiet room. Dealing with the owner was easy and efficient. I highly recommend this experience!

Andy P. 2/2016 - First off, I would like to start by commenting how responsible the owner of this unit was. He followed through with emails every-single step of the way. I have been renting out different units in mammoth for the past 6 years and I must say, Helios North is truly something else. You can literally see the Village gondola from the window. Its spacious floor plan is incomparable to the other 6 units I have rented in the past. Best of all, you cannot beat the price. Once you park your car in the underground parking lot, you don't have to move it at all! At the end of the day you can unwind and head out to the rooftop Jacuzzi which is a short 25 ft walk. There are also plenty of tasty restaurants and bars that are a short 3 minute walk. In our party we had 9 adults and we were all able to sleep comfortably. There were plenty of; towels, linen, extra pillows and blankets, so you don't need to worry about those. There were also extra portable heaters and two humidifiers, which we didn't need, since the fireplace and space heaters were more than enough. Overall, our party was absolutely satisfied with the unit. We will definitely be staying at Helios North in the future.

Chris J. 1/2016 - Just spent a long weekend here and cannot wait to come back. The townhome is beautiful and has every amenity you could want. Very spacious, open floor plan which is perfect for a group. Literally steps from the Village and Gondola.

Steve W. 11/2015 - Be prepared to relax. We were so happy with our stay here. Condo was spotlessly clean. The bedrooms are spacious and most important the beds are comfortable! The great room upstairs is open, spacious and nicely decorated. The kitchen is perfectly stocked with all the required items to prepare meals. The on-site amenities are perfect. The parking structure makes getting in and out of the facility a breeze. We really liked the convienient location. Short walking distance to The Village, shops and The Village Gondola. The Westin Monache Resort is across the street. There's an excellent restaurant and bar there for a relaxing refreshment. I highly reccomend this condo and will stay there again!

Sarah M. 2/2015 - We normally stay at the Mammoth Village Lodge since we love being close to the village restaurants and gondola. However, we found that this property was much better for us since it is very close to the village and gondola AND provides much more space that is needed for two families. Speaking of which, this is a two story unit with no one above or below you so it is perfect for kids to run around and jump in. The indoor parking is great especially when it snows. The owner is very responsive and was a pleasure to work with and we would highly recommend this rental.
